1. Service Area & Eligibility

Our services are strictly limited to residential and commercial properties located in our designated service regions across Northern, Central, and Western Virginia.

2. Scope of Services

Jesse James Critter Gitters provides professional, licensed, and insured humane wildlife trapping, exclusion, damage repair, and pest control services. The specific scope, duration, and pricing of any project will be outlined in a separate, written service agreement or estimate provided directly to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To safely and efficiently complete a project, clients must:

• Provide accurate property details and access to the service areas.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians, including keeping domestic pets away from active trapping or exclusion zones.
• Refrain from tampering with, moving, or releasing wildlife from any traps set by our technicians.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be specified upon the delivery of a project estimate. Failure to provide timely payment may result in the suspension of active trapping or monitoring services.

5. Wildlife Control Regulation Compliance

All trapping, relocation, and exclusion services are performed in strict accordance with Virginia state wildlife laws and humane standards. We reserve the right to modify a service plan if state regulations alter how a specific target animal must be handled.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for complete exclusion and successful removal, wild animal behavior is unpredictable. Jesse James Critter Gitters is not liable for new wildlife intrusions outside of structurally warrantied exclusion areas, or for pre-existing property damage caused by pests prior to our arrival.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
